New Plymouth
Hello, my name is AJ and I am the proud owner and operator of Jim’s Laundry Services New Plymouth. I enjoy doing laundry and receive great satisfaction in helping you free up your time. I provide residential and commercial laundry services at an affordable price with FREE pick-up and delivery!
I love living in New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki region because it offers a great balance of community, lifestyle and beautiful surroundings. It has the feel of a smaller city where people support local businesses and get to know the people providing their services. I especially enjoy the coastal lifestyle, local cafés and restaurants, and having both the mountain and the sea so close. I was inspired to join Jim’s Laundry Services because I wanted a business that provides a genuinely useful everyday service while allowing me to build long-term relationships with customers. I liked the convenience Jim’s Laundry offers through pickup, washing, drying, folding and delivery, as well as the support and systems of the Jim’s Group while still having the opportunity to build my own local customer base. My goal is to establish Jim’s Laundry as a trusted and reliable service throughout New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki region, building a strong base of repeat residential customers while developing relationships with Airbnb hosts, accommodation providers and other local businesses. Longer term, I hope to steadily grow the business, expand my services and potentially employ local staff as demand increases. Most importantly, I want to be known for reliability, convenience, quality and friendly customer service. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, exploring different places around Taranaki, going for drives and trying local cafés and restaurants. With a growing family, family time is becoming even more important to me, and I value having a good balance between business and personal life.
I have the safety and security of being fully trained and insured with a current police check, giving you the peace of mind to leave your laundry needs in my trusted care. I also have a 100% guarantee on my work, so if you are not happy with it I will fix it! If you require nothing less than exceptional, quality service please call 0800 454 654 to have me quote and service your laundry needs.
