Recently used Tinas Team at Jim's Laundry for an Ironing Service for our workplace. Initially I enquired through the website for a quote which I received very promptly, and was extremely impressed there. This followed through with Tina's communication for the entire process from start to end, via email. Clear and concise and not to mention a fantastic price compared to others 👌 2 day turnaround was great too with door to door pickup and drop-off service. Really happy with a fast, friendly and professional service. Tina was a star from start to finish. I had a large amount of items (clothes, towels, bedding and blankets) in need of cleaning as they'd been in storage for several months. What a fantastic service! We used the service wash and Norberto looked after us. He came to the hotel to collect it, did a super job in cleaning everything then brought the beautifully clean and folded clothes back to the hotel. Tina at Jim's Laundry Service in AKL is amazing! She's super easy to get hold of, which is such a relief for us managing Airbnbs where plans often change last minute. The service is always quick, and her communication is excellent. Highly recommend.
